  • Low-smoke halogen-free cable

     
    Low-smoke halogen-free cable refers to an environmentally friendly cable that does not contain halogen (F, Cl, Br, I, At) and does not contain lead, cadmium, chromium, mercury and other environmental substances.
     
    ● where the halogen pointer is: the value of all halogens ≦ 50PPM (according to regulation PREN 14582)
     
    ● The content of hydrogen halide gas produced after combustion is <100PPM (EN5067-2-1 according to regulations)
     
    ● PH value of hydrogen halide gas produced after combustion after dissolving in water ≧ 4.3 (weakly acidic) (according to regulation EN-50267-2-2)
     
    ● The light transmittance of the product through a beam of light after burning in a closed container is ≧ 60% (according to EN-50268-2)
     
    ● Pb<90PPM,Cd, Cr6, Hg, PBBs, PBDEs are less than 5PPM
     
    Use:
     
    The product has superior flame retardant performance, little smoke when burning, no corrosive gas escape, widely used in nuclear power plants, subway stations, telephone switches and computer control centers, high-rise buildings, hotels, radio and television stations, important military facilities, oil platforms, etc., as well as places with concentrated personnel and low air density.
     
    low smoke halogen free wire characteristics:
     
    (1) The tensile strength is larger than that of the general PVC wire: the tensile strength of the general PVC wire is greater than 1.05Kgf/mm2, while the tensile strength of the low-smoke halogen-free wire is greater than 1.2Kgf/mm2;
     
    (2) It has good weather resistance (-30 ℃ ~ 105 ℃);
     
    (3) with good softness (hardness of 80-90);
     
    (4) It is non-shifting (because no plasticizer is added to the product formula, there will be no shifting);
     
    (5) No toxic black smoke will be produced when burning (a small amount of white smoke will be produced);
     
    (6) has a high volume resistivity: PVC wire is generally 1012~1015 Ω/cm3, low smoke halogen-free wire is greater than 1016 Ω/cm3;
     
    (7) has good resistance to high voltage characteristics: PVC wire is generally resistant to more than 10KV, and low smoke halogen-free wire up to more than 15KV;
     
    (8) has good elasticity and viscosity.
     
    3. Low smoke halogen-free wire formula to add materials:
     
    (1) Linear PE and elastic PE are selected as the main resin, and three metal oxides containing crystal water are selected as flame retardant materials: they lose crystal water above 200 ℃, 300 ℃ and 300 ℃ respectively.
