MYP mine mobile shielding rubber sheathed flexible cable

The insulation resistance between cable insulated main line cores and between main line core and ground wire shall not be less than 100MΩ · km when converted to 20 ℃. The transition resistance of the shielding layer of the main line core shall not be higher than 3kΩ when converted to 20 ℃. The MYP cable consists of three main cores with insulation shielding and a ground wire covered with a semi-conductive rubber layer, which are twisted around the semi-conductive rubber layer cushion core to form a cable. Extruded black chlorinated polyethylene rubber sheath or black neoprene rubber sheath.

    Remarks:

    3. Product standard: MT818.5-1999.
    4. MYP cable consists of three main cores with insulation shielding and a ground wire covered with semi-conductive rubber layer, which are twisted around the semi-conductive rubber layer cushion core to form a cable. Extruded black chlorinated polyethylene rubber sheath or black neoprene rubber sheath.
    5. Conductive core: soft copper wire, its performance conforms to GB/T3956-1997.
    6, insulation: the use of GB7594.2-1987 XJ-00A type rubber.
    7. Line core identification: insulation color separation identification is adopted, and the main line core is red, green and white.
    8. Ground wire: covered with semi-conductive rubber.
    9, insulation shielding: in the insulation table bread semi-conductive belt.
    10. Cable formation: 3 main lines and 1 ground wire are twisted around the semi-conductive rubber pad core to form a cable in the right direction.
    11. Sheath: GB7594.7-1987 XH-03A type rubber is adopted. The oxygen index of the sheath rubber shall be ≥ 40.
    12. The flame retardant performance of the finished cable meets the requirements of the MT386-1995.
    13. Cable mark: model, voltage, specification and manufacturer's name are printed on the surface of the cable.
